Description

Reaching into Australia’s Great Southern Ocean, London Bridge (also known as the London Arch) is an incredible rock formation sculpted by the continual pounding and ebbing sea. The main arch connecting London Bridge collapsed on the evening of 15th January 1990. Whilst no one was injured, two people were marooned on the newly formed island and rescued by helicopter hours later.

The arch is a significant tourist attraction along the Great Ocean Road near Port Campbell in Victoria.
